Registration

If you wish to attend only the seminar on Thursday 18, use the Seminar Registration Form (postscript) or click here for the Seminar Registration Form in WORD format. The fee and other information can be found on the form. Please send the form as soon as possible, but ultimately January 8, to the secretary of the LNMB, mrs. H.W. Ooms –Woudstra, Mathematical Institute, Leiden University, P.O. Box 9512, 2300 RA Leiden, The Netherlands.

Other participants, who also attend (parts of) Tuesday and Wednesday can register by sending in the registration form and transferring the fee. One can register for the entire meeting as well as for partial arrangements. It is possible, against reduced rates, to share a room; in that case a room mate should be indicated on the registration form. PhD students of the LNMB who attend the entire meeting including the seminar are entitled to a reduction of Dfl. 100,- of the fee in addition to the financial support of 50% of their traveling expenses. use the Registration Form (postscript) or click here for the Registration Form in WORD format.
